• Payment Information: Payment card details, billing address, and bank account information for payouts. This information is processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
• Booking Information: Details about services booked, dates, times, locations, selected add-ons, and communications with other users.
• Files and Content: Photos, videos, and other files uploaded or delivered through our platform, including portfolio items and chat attachments.
• Communications: Messages sent through our in-app messaging system, including pre-booking inquiries.
• Notification Preferences: Your choices regarding which types of notifications you wish to receive.

Automatically Collected Information

When you use our app, we automatically collect:

• Device information (type, operating system, unique identifiers)
• Log information (access times, pages viewed, app crashes)
• Location information (with your permission, for finding nearby creators)
• Usage data (features used, interactions, preferences)
• Push notification tokens (for delivering notifications to your device)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions, escrow payments, and send related information
• Connect clients with creators and facilitate bookings
• Send notifications about bookings, messages, payments, reviews, and account activity

• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse, and policy violations

Sharing of Information

• With Other Users: Your profile information is visible to other users. Booking details are shared between clients and creators involved in a transaction. Reviews are publicly visible.
• With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who provide services on our behalf, including Stripe (payment processing), Expo (push notifications), and cloud hosting providers.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business Transfers: Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Fraud Prevention: We may share information with law enforcement or financial partners to investigate suspected fraud or policy violations.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe to process payments, hold funds in escrow, and facilitate payouts to creators via Stripe Connect. When you make a payment or receive payouts, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe according to their Privacy Policy. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. Saved payment methods are managed securely through Stripe.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication with Supabase
• Row-level security on database tables
• Content moderation on uploaded files
• Contact information filtering in pre-booking inquiries

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may also retain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Deleted notifications and expired boosts are removed from active use but may be retained in backups for a limited period.

Your Rights and Choices

You may:

• Access, update, or delete your account information through app settings
• Customize notification preferences (booking, message, payment, review, and system notifications)
• Opt out of push notifications through your device settings
• Disable location services through your device settings
• Manage saved payment methods through the app
• Request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting us

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
